The concierge option made a bigger difference than I expected. Having the session in my own home meant I didn’t have to “come back” to anything immediately afterward—no drive through traffic, no dealing with parking, and no sudden shift back into everyday life.
I had previously done a regression session in another practitioner’s office, and I remember how quickly I had to re-enter the outside world afterward. I had also been a little concerned that an unfamiliar office environment might pull me out of the depth of the experience, but that never happened here. Being at home kept everything continuous.
It made it feel much easier to stay in the experience itself—having my own bed, my own bathroom, and the familiar comfort of home around me. I was able to lie down, journal, and let everything settle while I was still in that expanded, reflective state. It never felt like the experience was cut off or interrupted.
