Terms of Service
Last updated: 05/24/26
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing ocularafield.com or engaging the services of Oculara LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Description of Services Oculara: the Field offers guided consciousness sessions and workshops, including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), experiencer and contact regression, and Monroe Institute-based workshops. Sessions are conducted in-person at our Florida Emerald Coast location or, in select cases, at a client's home (concierge service). The work is exploratory and experiential in nature.
3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to book a session, attend a workshop, or otherwise use our services. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Booking and Payment · Sessions and workshops may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are nonrefundable except as described in Section 5. · Full payment is due before or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. · Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. · We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling We require seven (7) days' advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a session or workshop. This policy reflects the substantial time and preparation required for each session — typically 4 to 5 hours of dedicated practitioner time that cannot be filled with short notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than seven (7) days' notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee, regardless of reason. Rescheduling within the 7-day window is at our sole discretion and may not be granted. In the case of documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, we may consider rescheduling on a case-bycase basis, but no refund or rescheduling is guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oculara LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. You participate in sessions and workshops at your own risk.

Session Disclaimer
Last updated: 05/24/26
This Disclaimer applies to all sessions and workshops offered by Oculara LLC, including but not limited to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), experiencer and contact regression, and Monroe Institute workshops. Please read carefully before booking.
1. Nature of the Work The work offered by Oculara: the Field is exploratory, experiential, and non-clinical. Sessions and workshops are intended for personal exploration, self-understanding, and inner growth. These services are NOT: · Medical care, diagnosis, or treatment · Psychotherapy, counseling, or psychiatric care · Psychological evaluation or assessment · A substitute for any licensed mental health or medical service If you are seeking treatment for a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed practitioner. Nothing in our sessions or workshops should be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
2. Results Are Not Guaranteed Every individual's experience is unique. We make no guarantees or representations about specific outcomes, insights, memories, healing, or any other result of a session or workshop. What arises during a session is your own subjective experience, and its meaning is for you to interpret. Some sessions may produce vivid experiences; others may not. Both are valid.
3. Contraindications These services may not be appropriate for individuals who: · Are currently experiencing active psychosis, suicidal ideation, or other acute mental health crisis · Have a diagnosed dissociative disorder that has not been stabilized through clinical treatment · Are taking medications or substances that significantly impair consciousness, memory, or realitytesting in ways that would interfere with the work · Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of session If any of the above apply, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. We reserve the right to decline, pause, or end a session if we believe it is not in your best interest or is unsafe to continue.
4. Client Responsibility By booking a session or workshop, you confirm and agree that: · You are at least 18 years of age · You are participating voluntarily and of your own free will · You will disclose relevant health, mental health, and medication information during intake · You will continue any prescribed treatments or medications and will not discontinue them based on session content · You will make your own decisions about life choices, relationships, and health based on what arises in session · You will seek appropriate professional support (medical, psychological, or otherwise) if difficult material surfaces that requires further integration
5. Confidentiality Information you share during a session is treated as confidential. Limited exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law (such as imminent risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or as compelled by court order). Note on QHHT recordings: QHHT sessions are typically audio-recorded for the client's reference and reflection. The recording is provided to you at the end of the session and is not retained by the practitioner. By booking a QHHT session, you consent to this recording.
6. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that participation in consciousness work — including hypnosis, regression, and expanded-states practices — involves a degree of unpredictability. Material that surfaces may be unfamiliar, surprising, emotionally challenging, or different from what you expected. You agree to participate at your own risk and to seek appropriate professional support if you experience difficulty integrating session content afterward.
7. No Refunds Based on Experience Because we cannot guarantee any specific outcome and the nature of this work is exploratory, sessions and workshops are non-refundable based on the content, depth, or perceived results of the experience. Refunds, when offered, are governed solely by the Cancellation and Rescheduling policy in the Terms of Service.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oculara LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any harm, loss, damages, or distress arising from your participation in any session or workshop, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. By booking, you waive any claims to the maximum extent permitted by Florida law.
9. Acknowledgment By booking a session or workshop with Oculara: the Field, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer in its entirety, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
