What is Experiencer & Contact Regression?

Some memories don't fit neatly into ordinary life. Contact with non-human intelligence, unexplained encounters, missing time, vivid experiences that feel too real to dismiss but too strange to share — these are the kinds of memories that people often carry alone, sometimes for years, unsure of where to turn or who would believe them. Experiencer and contact regression offers a careful, guided space to revisit these experiences — not to prove or disprove anything, but to help you access what happened with greater clarity and peace.

The process uses gentle hypnosis to guide you into a deeply relaxed state where buried or fragmented memories can surface naturally. You remain aware throughout, and nothing is forced — the session follows wherever your own consciousness leads. The intention is not to interpret your experience for you or tell you what it means. It's to create a quiet, supported space where what's already inside you can finally be heard. Many people find that simply being able to revisit an experience in a safe environment — without judgment, without having to defend it — brings a sense of relief they didn't know they needed.

This work is rooted in the methods of Barbara Lamb, MS, MFT, CHT, a pioneer in experiencer and contact regression with over 40 years of practice. Her approach emphasizes compassion, neutrality, and deep respect for the experiencer's own knowing — principles that guide every session. Whether your memories are vivid or barely formed, whether you have language for what happened or not, this space is here for you. You don't have to have it figured out before you walk in.
